It even has a patio.

From expandable to solar-powered to three-bedroom-ed, you're now well aware that no two tiny houses are alike. Except they're all one-story...right?

Wrong! Hey, don't worry, I thought the same thing until I discovered this two-story wooden structure from Saracen Outdoors. Yes, you read that right: two-story as in two floors, as in a bottom level and a top level, as in...okay, you get the point.

Ladies and gentleman, please meet the "Timber House," a wooden structure that comes complete with a living room, bathroom, kitchen, and two bedrooms—all available for $75,000 and a click of a button.

Despite its name, this prefab creation is a far cry from a log cabin. In fact, it's actually just one shipping container stacked upon another. Here's how it works: Once the two 40-foot shipping containers are delivered to the build site, you take it from there. You'll have to install the stairs connecting the two containers as well as get your hands dirty hooking up basics like electrical and plumbing. NBD—at least according to one Amazon customer who wrote, "I think the most rewarding part was putting this together! [...] Don't worry though; it wasn't super complicated due to me being a 59-year carpenter/structure engineer." Ummm...

While not everyone has a structural engineering and construction background, that doesn't mean all hope is lost.

For fans of modern design, this not-so-tiny tiny home hits it out of the park. Rather than stacking the containers directly on top of one another to great one big box, making them disjointed allows for a deck on the second floor and a covered outdoor area on the first. Fancy! Plus, each floor of the tiny house is lined with floor-to-ceiling windows so you can essentially rely on natural light, which is a major win for Planet Earth.

Unlike other tiny homes available on Amazon, this two-story situation can't really cut it as a backyard escape for you and/or guests. But if you're not yet ready to live tiny full-time, this modular mini casa can make for a killer second house or Airbnb. The choice is yours! First, however, you have to figure out how to build this bad boy and, IMO, no number of years playing with Lincoln Logs prepares you for that...
